There is much to be said about what comes next but I'll keep it short. During Covid artists and creatives have been having a tough time. Then I received this email. It was so touching I thought I would share, I'm so inspired to work because of messages like this about a drawing done 5 years ago. Who knew it would be so
I'm painting and drawing, sculpting and changing. Work develops and life unfolds. I'm now from April 2020 represented by PACK gallery and studio Bangalow NSW. I've just been nominated as the artist to represent Redlands in the 2020 International women's day. And at some point this year (due to Covid and it's persistence) I'll be exhibiting with Coolarts Coolum, Queensland. So in isolation I work, not a bad thing.
The show 'Continuing Conversations' will be hung shortly and the exhibition dates are Sept 7 - 28. The exhibition is a bold collection of my works and the work on Robyn Shaw. This show has work that reflects our love of landscape and the connections between it, ourselves and others who my enmesh themselves in that particular landscape. Opening night Sept 12 5-7pm. I'll be putting some video online so everyone can have a look.
I also have some new works heading down to Bangalow NSW after a wonderful trip out bush over the last month.
Bangalow : PACK gallery studio at Bangalow now have a selection of my works and access to others I hold in stock.
